Shipping policy
Shipping and Delivery
Earth & Halo currently ships to addresses in the United States and Canada. We do not offer shipping to other countries at this time.
United States Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders of $45 or more. Standard shipping for orders under $45 is $4.90. Additional shipping options, when available, are displayed at checkout.
Canada Shipping
Orders ship to Canada from the United States. Shipping rates are calculated by the carrier based on your shipping address and order details. Available delivery options and costs are displayed at checkout before payment.
Free U.S. shipping does not apply to Canadian orders. Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, and applicable taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise indicated at checkout. Customs processing may affect delivery times.
Order Processing and Delivery
Orders generally begin processing within three to five business days. Weekends and public holidays are not business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, shipping method, and carrier.
Once your order ships, you will receive available tracking information by email.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to APO or FPO addresses, P.O. boxes, or parcel lockers. Orders are generally shipped together once all products are available. Customer pickup is not available.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within seven days by emailing glow@earthhaloskincare.com. Include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging when possible.
Wholesale and Professional Orders
Earth & Halo welcomes wholesale and professional accounts, including estheticians, medical spas, and qualified retail partners. There is no minimum order requirement unless otherwise agreed. Shipping costs, processing times, and account terms are confirmed before fulfillment. Wholesale orders currently ship within the United States and Canada.
Dropshipping
Approved wholesale partners may request that eligible orders be shipped directly to their customers within the United States or Canada. Shipping charges and fulfillment details will be confirmed before dispatch, and tracking information will be provided when available. Our standard policies for damaged, defective, or incorrect items apply.
