Returns

You may request a return for an unused, unopened item purchased through our website within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item.

How to request a return

Please contact our customer care team or email glow@earthhaloskincare.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions.

Incorrect or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and help make it right.

Refund timing

After your return arrives, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Your payment provider may take an additional 5 to 10 days to display the refund.
