Processing and delivery

Orders typically begin processing within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery estimates can vary based on destination, carrier operations, weekends, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Your tracking information will be emailed after your order ships.

Shipping to Canada

Available Canadian shipping options and rates appear at checkout. Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges.

Delivery restrictions

We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses, PO boxes, or parcel lockers. Orders ship together once all items are available.

Damaged deliveries

Please inspect your package when it arrives. Report shipping damage to the carrier and contact our team or email glow@earthhaloskincare.com within 7 days of delivery.
